depends on the phone.. i'm on the nokia's =)
does it have bluetooth or infared?
you can get a usb dongle for either..
http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/120485
if you want the infa red one search for "irda usb dongle"
if its one pic, could email it, but that costs..
or if you have a friend with the setup to transfer pics, perhaps just bluetooth it to their phone from yours ..

In our case, there are two ways. We're on Verizon.
(1) We can call. Using this method, essentially we "text-message," including a copy from "My Pix" in the message. It goes from the phone to either a Contact listed on the phone or an email address we laboriously type in as the target of the text message at the time...
(2) The phone has a tiny memory card. We move the pix from "My Pix" to the card. Then we remove the card. We place the card into an "adapter" which looks like an SD card (the whole shmeer is made by Sandisk). We slide the SD card into the slot on the side of the PC. The computer recognizes it as a "removable disk." We copy the Pix into a folder on the PC. (We then remove the SD and then remove the tiny card and return it to the phone...)

I might be able to help:
If it has a USB slot on it - connect a USB onto it and plug it in. Go into 'explore' (when you right click on START) and look for the USB which you plugged it into, drag files into it from wherever.
OR.... if it has a memory card - and your computer has a bit for memory cards - you can store stuff on that - not all phones come with one - i had to buy it separately from a phone shop for about 12.00 quid - but it is 1GB and holds nearly 300 songs.
sorry if this doesnt help, good luck!
:)

you might need a data or USB cable (i'm not familiar with motorola models), ora bluetooth dongle so that your computer can receive the images/files via a bluetooth connection.
