First, run your virus scan. If negative, continue on.
Second, This is clearly a corruption problem. If you got the previous updates all right, I would use system recovery to go back to that time period. Better that lots of other things you might have to do. You will lose updates on everything after the date you choose. But it is better that the repairman. Then go to updates and see if you can get them. If you can, you got off cheap.
If not, scan your hard drive for problems.
You really do not want to go for long without the updates. Something worse will happen.
Then it will cost you.

This data appears to be from the WU log files. If so:

Your Windows Updates Installer files are corrupted.

If you have a legal Windows, call Microsoft for the free fix.

I not legal, ignore the preceding.
