If you get something painted on your ride professionally you have to show them a reference of what you want. But can you so them a object such as a stuff animal and they can change the colors and some of the format by you telling them what you want OR does the reference have to be exactly like what you want.

A few weeks ago, my car was leaking antifreeze. I used stop leak and it stopped leaking. The other day, someone flagged me down while driving to tell me that water was leaking out the back of my car. I stopped at a gas station to check my radiator, and I could see antifreeze in the radiator and the plastic bottle that you put water in was over-full. I started to put water in the radiator because I didn't know what else TO do, and a guy walked up to me and started talking to me. He said that it sounds like I have a "cracked head". He said it would be very expensive to fix. I don't have another car to drive, OR the money to fix it right now. The temp is about 210...what is considered HOT? Does it have to be in the red area to be considered hot or is it hot before then? Can I still drive this car and just keep putting in water and/or antifreeze until I can afford to fix it?

I have a 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. Shortly after I bought it used from a mechanic the service engine soon light came on. For about 6 months now the car has been in and out of the shop. Noone has solved the problem yet. Sensors have been changed, catalytic converter has been changed tune ups , oil changes, you name it. I am almost at the end of my rope with this problem. I just want someone to fix my car and be honest with me.

What would be the best cheap and easy way to gain horsepower and torque. I have a 1998 Chevy C1500 4.3 V6 pickup and I would like more horsepower. If you know a good way just tell me, I will be the judge if it is to much for my wallet.

I change my oil every 3000 miles. I don't go over by one mile. Well my bros car broke down and he had to go pick up his son in another state and i told him that he could take my car. the only condtion was that when he got there to have the oil changed because by time he got there, the car would need it. He came back today and not only did he not change the oil, but the oil light was on the whole time he came back. do you think him driving it over 600 miles with the light on did some damage?

I'm getting these repsonses saying that the manuafacutres lied about the gas mileage and that it's too small of an engine to give good gas mileage to a truck that weighs 3,100 lbs.

So with an 8-cylinder having 305 hp for a car that weighs 3,500 lbs., this means that I'd be getting like 25 MPG for the highway, as opposed top the Sonoma's 18 MPG, am I right?

I have a 2002 ford Focus. A few months ago I noticed one day while I was driving that the speedometer was bouncing between 60 and 70. It then droppped down to 50 then to 40 before returning to 60.

Since then it does this same thing everyonce in awhile. the other day when I was coming to a stop it jumped to 120 then back down to 0 before slowly descending as I came to my stop.

Its at the shop because I'm having the clutch master cylinder fixed and they can't get it to repeat the problem. They've hooked it up for a diagnostic and nothing is showing up either.

It is driving fine and I haven't noticed any odd noises or any other differences in the way it drives. Anyone gotta clue as to what could be the problem??

I would rather replace these easy to do things myself instead of going through the dealer. Examples of missing things: The panel next to the hazard lights button and rear defrost button, the fuse panel door. I'm trying to sell the car and want it to look complete. Thanks for any help!!!

The other 3 windows work fine, but my passenger side window can only go DOWN, and it only goes down if you press it on the passenger side (i.e. I cannot roll it down from the driver's side control).

I have a 1964 1/2 Mustang that has a Generator rather than an alternator. The generator is in working order, but for some reason the battery keeps draining. I am not sure what kills the battery. I unhooked the radio that was directly hooked to the battery, so this is not the problem. I only drive the car once or twice a week, for about 10 miles. Any ides what this could be?
