no it doesn't matter if you are still making payments, either way your keys are still lost. the best thing is go to the dodge dealer and bring your registration or insurance card with the serial number and you could order keys for your jeep. might be a bit pricey considering the key will have a chip in it. hope this helps. i know they helped me when i was in the same spot.

If you have a car that's been built after 1994 it has a black end where to use your thumb and forefinger this type of key has a tiny transistor in it and no one can copy anything. Take your VIN number to the dealer who sells your car. From that information they can call the company who built your car and read your transistor code to the dealer. Unfortunately it costs $60.00 and up to get a new one.

If your original keys does not have the encoded transistor inside the key the dealer using your VIN can contact the car builder and they give the grinding code to the car dealer. This type of key is relatively inexpensive. Good Luck to you!

what variety of vehicle is it? try finding for them, or touch somebody to make a alternative. extra handy if its digital, yet extra high priced. they're going to easily application a sparkling one on your vehicle. If that's older, touch a dealership and notice in the event that they are in a position that may be useful you. the two way, try to discover them first!

Get in touch with the Dealership where you bought the car from and they should be able to help you.
