The other 3 windows work fine, but my passenger side window can only go DOWN, and it only goes down if you press it on the passenger side (i.e. I cannot roll it down from the driver's side control).

Same thing happened to me homie. What I ended up dpoing was taking the control on the driver side out and examining it. I found out that the button was barely making any connection when I try to roll it up, but was making a perfect connection when i roll em down. Pull it out and see yourselve is very easy and quick

You may have a bad switch or a broken wire going to the door panel. Where the wires go along the door inge is a good place for them to break. Hope you find it.

Your main window control might have a bad switch or a loose wire.

drivers side control needs cleaning try to get a zero residue spray cleaner or rubbing alcohol...drown the switch, run it back and forth wet, let it dry and if it still doesnt work replace it....

bad switch on drivers door or loose connection on the switch.
