A Road Hazard (debris like a nail or screw or something like a pothole), over-inflation, under-inflation, and/or overloading.

A defective tire, a tire overfilled with air, a tire under filled with air, a tire that picked up a nail, tires with a sidewall ply seperation, and a bunch of other things too. Who knows, maybe the tires were under rated for the load, maybe abused, maybe you hit a bad pot hole and damaged them.

there are way too many ways or reasons for tires to blow, just drive safe and take your chances. Good luck
