Get some cat litter to soak up most of the oil. If you sprinkle it or a bunch of saw dust on it, it should mostly come up. After that, soap and water should remove the rest of it.

First spread kitty litter over it. then rub it in really good with your feet...almost as to dance on it ...do the twist....ground it up the best you can..then sweep it up.. ...your neighbors might look at you funny but it is worth it.... even if it has been there for a while this will work

if it's a new stain, try soaking it up with kitty litter. If it's been there a while the only way to remove it is to get it power-washed or repave it.
