No, the mileage is on the whole vehicle, just record the mileage when the engine was installed, highly illegal to fool with the odometer.

Unfortunately, you have to record miles on the car itself, the body, transmission, interior.. etc.. start by writing down when you got your engine rebuilt and keep it in a safe place. and then when u get high enough and want to know your mileage just subtract your total mileage on the odometer by the mileage that you wrote down when you get your engine rebuilt and waa laa.. mileage on your engine..

No, it does not. However, note the mileage that was on car and then you will know how many miles are on the engine.

this is easy when u replaced your engine it ran like sht when u replace it with it with a better engine the mileage will get better also in the computer the parameters will be reset and will will get u better milage than you had before replacement
