If you work beside a business, and you and several others are repeatedly getting nails in your tires from them not picking them up. ( A furniture place)Are they responsible for fixing your tires?

I would doubt it, but you can try. Parking lots are private property, and they can do what they want. You may take them to small claims court and claim negligence on their part for not cleaning up the nails, since it is a safety hazard. I don't know how much your employer would like that so think about that before you go off.

Maybe... have you told your boss. Try to let managment handle the problem, if they will.
