When i start the car from cold the noise is really bad but as the car warms up its not so bad and when i put my foot on the clutch the noise goes completley,
Also now everytime i brake or slow down theres a load kind of knock from the engine like metal against metal,
And the other day when i was driving i heard a noise from the engine kind of like metal bouncing around as if something had come loose,
The car is a 1996 mitsubishi mirage VIE saloon 1.5 DOHC.

I have a 2002 Ford Escape and today it started shaking (not bad but you could feel the shaking) when it sit's in park and or stoped at a traffic light. The RPM gauge bounces around (not alot / very little) but bounces none the less.and the check engine light flashes? Does anyone know what is wrong and how I can fix it? Is it an Idling issue?

Recently, my 2000 automatic V6 Camry started stalling, but not on a cold start (ie, not when its been sitting in the parking lot overnight, and I crank it for the first time in a while), but rather, after I've driven it some distance (usually under 10 miles, because everywhere I go nowadays is within 10 miles of each other), then park it somewhere (grocery store, etc), run inside and back out quickly (I'd say 2, or 3 minutes TOPS), then when I come out and crank it, it stalls. I have to crank it, step on the gas to keep it running (which doesnt always work), and quickly get it moving so it doesn't stall out.

This is the first problem I've had with my camry. Any ideas?

I have a 94 Mitsubishi Diamante. I bought it about 5 months ago, and I have already replaced the brake & brake pads on all four wheels. When I'm in the city my car is perfectly fine but once I get on the highway and hit about 50 or so it begins to vibrate more and more as I increase the speed. What could it be? Is it the engine itself or the tires? Do I need to get my tired balanced or something? And how much would it cost?

accident-12/12/06
damage- $5500- metal frame, bumper, radiator
additional damage found later- +$1388
my geico insurance rep said it would probably be finished 1/2/07.
apparently a part was refused and another had to be ordered.
now they say maybe 1/12/07.
i didn't take the rental car option, can't afford one, and it's a b*&%# to get to work and school with no car for a whole month. do i have a valid complaint or is this just the way it is?

In a 2000 I30 or Maxima? Is it very hard? I can get the motor for 65 bucks, the dealer wants 411.00 plus tax.
