Kit is capable of seeing criminals 5 miles away, can tell if they have wepons, it can drive it's self, talk and even make dissisions, so why does it have oil and water readouts on the dash

In the morning, I start the car fine. I get to work which is about 15 miles with no problem. Once I turn the car off and attempt to restart it... It makes a choking sound as if it was having a problem turning over? I need some advise.

Okay... I hope I am not being totally dumb here but...

The taillights on my 1997 Honda Accord SE have gone outie. Both of em. The bulbs are fine. My next guess is checking the fuse box. Problem is... I can't find the fuse box containing the fuses to the taillights. They do not go with the fuse box that is under the hood. I have a manual that tells me the other fuse box should be under the steering wheel, so I looked under there. Nope no fuse box.

This is kind of strange and I am also emailing the person who owned the car before me to see if they altered it but I can't think of any reason why anyone would move a fuse box. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Ive got 3 problems, one is that the car vibrates when i turn right or left at stop signs. it feels like the 4x4 system, but it does switch into 4x4 high and low just fine. It will vibrate about 3 times, and last for around 1 second each time..any clues?
Next is my transmission seems to clunk into drive and reverse coming out of park.it also clunks on the free way if i let off the gas and put my foot on the pedal and give it gas quickly.it happens maybe every 1 out of 10 times i try to get it to do it.
Last is when i go up steep hills at full throttle, the rpm(and engine)tend to fluctuate back and forth 100rpms..
thats it..can anyone help me??
if you need more details on something, let me know..yahoo doesnt give much space

thank you

94 grand am 126000 miles. automatic trans. sometimes, after a stop usually high speed..above 45, the trans goes into neutral and wont move, tried shifting through the gears, and park and back, usually alittle rpm from the motor, and it drops into gear and goes...trans dont slip at all. I know it needs a filter and fluid change, but im selling the car.. was gonna ask 1000 but, now that the trans is acting up, do I spend the time doing the filter and fluid, or is it a more serious problem?? Ive done alot of reading in forums half say its a servo, half say its a Cracks in the forward clutch piston ? what ever that is..
I have a auto auction I can dump the car at but ill loose about 600 vs selling it running. whats your opinion?

I know this is a popular question, but I need the help of anyone hopefully certified or qualified enough to help me out with this. I have a 1991 Toyota Camry, bought used at 163k. The previous owner took horrible care of the car. When I got the car, the air filter had holes in it, there was no oil visible on the dipstick, and transmission fluid was far beyond it's time. I changed all those things out and the car has been like old faithful to me. The oil burning used to be okay, I would have checked under the hood every 2000 miles, but now the oil seems to drop a quarter on the dipstick for every 100-150 miles. (1/4 quart). The car runs really well, and it's hard to discern what it would be. I know, getting a new car is the best thing, but I simply can't afford it. Maybe I'll have a new engine installed if necessary. I'm thinking... Valve cover gasket? Ring seals? I probably will test the compression but I still don't know where to go from there. I'm no car expert, just maintenance.

It fluctuates mainly while I idle (like while sitting @ a red light- the needle will move down and then move back up again once I push on the accelorator. It also won't read full even when the tank is full. It also doesn't read in the same place when I turn the ignition on as where it was when I turned it off, but after a moment or two it will move back up to where it was when I last turned it off. The sending unit has already been replaced, as well as the cluster (twice, actually). What else could be causing the fuel gauge to be acting this way?

On this Vette, it is made of hard plastic. They ate a whole about 1 foot in diameter, exposing the fiberglass hood to the heat of the engine. Will this "melt" my hood if I do not replace it? Any idea how much it will cost? This is a very nice car.
