It's a ratchet attachment that is like a tube and it's very flexible, allowing you to put sockets in tight nooks and crannies. I need one of those, but I don't even know what they're called. Sear's website's search option doesn't work and neither do their links. If anyone can tell me what this tool is called, I'd really appreciate it.

My car alarm keeps going off. I know no one is trying to get in it.....I sat there and watched it go off on its own. But it keeps going off. I'll push the button on the clicker to shut it off then 20 minutes or so later it goes off again. The other night I did this for about 3 hours then decided just to leave the thing unlocked. I replaced the batteries in the clickers, and it did it again. Can anyone help please???

I realize the fuel filter and pump are within in the gas tank. These problems never accured until I ran extremely low on gas. Are there any other options that I can check myself before taking this to a garage and removing the gas tank? Any suggestions or is this just a major problem that I have to deal with?

I have a sentra 94, after a car wash (don't know if washing it has anything to do with the problem), I could start my car and put it back to the garage. Then it died. I tried starting it again. The 2nd time lasted about 5 seconds. I tried again, the 3rd time lasted 2seconds.
And now, it doesnt even start, jut cranking when I turn my key.
I tried jump starting it, but doesnt work.
I tried give it a gas, the car runs or sounds like runing when I am gassing, but as soon as I stop gassing the car dies again.
What is the problem?
Serious Help!
Thanks.

P.S. Is it illegal to push your car around in IL (to the AUTOSHOP) on the street? (Local streets)

i have a 2000 suzuki vitara. it stalled out on me on the freeway. It would not start back up. we charged the batterey and it started, but sounded really bad. one mechanic told me it was a blown rod in the engine. then another one told me that he thought it was the alternator or just as simple as the batterey because if it is electrical it could mess up the timing and make it sound like the engine is shot. He said this because a week after it broke down we tried to start it after the batterey had been charged but it didn't and it was showing a charge when checked with a voltage reader, then when we treid to start it and then the battery went to a 0 charge. i do not have the money to make the mistake of going with a wrong diagnosis. Please help if you have any ideas or concurr with any of these suggestions.

My car is stuck in the Wal Mart parking lot! Car had no symptoms or problems beforehand. I just went out there ......and nothing. Ok... Alternator is new... just got it last month. So is the battery. I tried jumping and and got nothing. So I got the battery tested and its good. Checked the grounds and all the good stuff. My guess now is .... THE STARTER or STARTER SOLENOID? What do you think? Also when I turn the key... the lights on the dash come on but I get no clicks from the car starting. BUT... something weird has been happening. When I have the door open, without the key in the ignition, I here a clicking noise coming from the fuse panel under the steering wheel. And if I push on the brake it stops for about 30 seconds. Also there are bundles of wires attached to 3 different plugs that go into the bottom of the panel. Detaching the one on the far right also stops the clicking noise. What the hell is up with my car? Where do I start!?

My metal eyeglass frame has broken at the nose piece (separating the glasses into two halves). The break occurred riight where the curved nose piece attaches to the main frame just next to the lens.

A previous soldered repair "sealed" the screw such that I cannot take the lens out, so that soldering is out. I did "try" some super glue, but it didn't hold. However, it was not a "brand name" and may not have been the best choice. Is there a glue/cement/epoxy that I can use to attach (perhaps just 1-2 mm of contact is avaialable) the two parts of the metal frame to get a "good enough" repair? I am not certain of the material but it is light, and possibly aluminum or a light alloy.

I wear contacts, so these are backups and I don't wanrt to spend $$$ for a new set since I rarely use them.

Also, any recommnedqations on how to improve the bond to give it the best strength would also be helpful.

I placed this question here since the consideration is a "metal repair"

Thanks in advance
