No your suposed to replace the car when the ashtray fills up! Just kidding the snuffer flap needs to be pushed down and look to see if there are anything on the sides holding it and just pull. Some fords have drop in metal ash tray inserts and the drawer with cigarette lighter does not pull out with out removing the center stack.

when you pull out on it mash on the button looking thing,usually where you put your cigs out on,and it slides the rest of the way out,,and on some they just pull down ward to remove,,good luck hope this help,s.

u usually pull like you're breaking it and then it pops out ut if you wanna take it out just jank it out or something
