i have an aftermarket header for my 1992 eagle talon tsi and i want it installed cause i dont have a torch or the tools to take the old one off , the engine does not need to be lifted to remove or install , just old bolts need to be burned off and new header put in its place

You try to make light of just reinstall over cut off studs good luck! Anytime rust is eating away at the bolts and studs and drilling out broken head studs you have to find a mechanic who's took box cost as much as your house. Angle drills special bits and Patience. And pay ME/HIM Or HER handsomely.

I have been removing headers in my shop for 15+ years. here is the secret.
Run the engine, get some leather gloves and as it cools work on the bolts. it's only a 92 and they should come right off. The cold header holds the bold/nut tight. heating it will expand it to a point it is relaxed and not retracted as if it were cold.
you can try spraying the heck out of them with a good spray penatrant not WD-40. make sure it is not flamable. if so the fire won't be real big and have some baking soda handy if it goes big. that will douse the flames.
I do this all the time. I always get my manifold off. and when you get the thing off pull out the studs also and replace.
I agree with John paul, it will cost more than the car is worth to have it done. I would guess 6-700
