Quit trying to fix it yourself and take it to an automotive electrical shop where the job will get done correctly and fast. They have the tools and knowledge to get the job done. It will cost anywhere from $25 -$75.

I previously asked you to check the Tail light relay located in the Under Hood Relay box. If the relay is ok, the headlight or multi function turn signal switch has failed
If you power up the taillight fuse that has no power, Do the taillights work? If so the wiring from the fuse to the taillights os OK

All lights do not illuminate.

1. The headlights also do not illuminate.

o Check fusible link No. 4.

2. The headlights illuminate.

o Check the taillight relay. See: Tail Lamp Relay\Testing and Inspection
o Check the dedicated fuse No. 4.

BTW the taillight relay is interchangeable with another relay in the same box, Try switching the relay with another one
If you email me directly, I can send you a wiring diagram. Yahoo Answers will not allow Picture uploads to questions.
