Actual power steering fluid is clear. Generally ATF is substituted and it works well..it's red. Good luck.

It depends on the make and model. I know on all Ford products, it uses Dexron III automatic transmission fluid, which is RED. But on other products it may clear, like brake fluid.

It is clear and it is called dot 3
