Actual power steering fluid is clear. Generally ATF is substituted and it works well..it's red. Good luck.

It depends on the make and model. I know on all Ford products, it uses Dexron III automatic transmission fluid, which is RED. But on other products it may clear, like brake fluid.

real power steering fluid is clear, but you can use automatic transmission fluid in it as well, which is red
