I claimed to get new car seat to my insurance company.
But Insurance company said that they will not pay for the car seat because baby was not occupied at the time of the accident.
What should I do to get reimbursement of the check from the insurance company?

I was hit by a suv today, I know that I am going to be sore just from tightening up. But if it gets worse, will their insurance pay for me to get better, Or do I have to report pain today. I don't want to make a court thing out of this but I don't want to foot the bill either if it is more then just the normal pains. Please help.

I was in a very minor accident the other day. I got rear ended and the person who hit me claimed responsibility and was willing to pay for any damages. We exchanged contact information and left it at that.

If the amount of damages is a high enough amount that the other driver wants to get insurance to cover it, does my insurance have to be notified of this as well even though they really wouldn't be involved?

A drunk woman hit our parked car twice. She had no proof of insurance on her, and was too drunk to remember her information. We called out insurance, and we were told to wait to file with her company. A few days after she was arrested, we got her contact information and she was unwilling to use her insurance company, and instead wanted to pay out of pocket to keep the matter hidden from her parents. We took the car to get an estimate, and she will then unwilling to cooperate. We finally got the name of her insurance company, and now we are worried of legal or financial penalties we might face since her insurance company was not contacted from the beginning.
Will they pay for our rental car costs which now exceed 200 dollars?

I recently got a DWI, before anyone jumps down my throat I know how wrong it is. It is truly the biggest mistake I have ever made and one that will follow me forever probably. That being said I know my insurance will increase for three years following a DWI. If my driving record is clean for those three years will my insurance lower at all or no?

I got my first car 2 and half years ago and my grandfather cosigned with me. Since he was the main signer my tag expired on HIS birthday instead of mine. My grandfather passed away a year ago. He paid off my car and I had just been making payments to him every month. I've paid them off for it but I never got the title and my grandmother can't find it. I see on the DMV website about how to get a duplicate copy but I never had the original, and since my grandfather has passed I can't have him sign any of the papers with me. Any help would be great. My tag expired and I can't even drive my car. I really need to get this fixed asap but don't know where to start.
