If I can change, will there be any fees?

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I would rather pay monthly instead of every 6 months.

You should be able to. When I lived in NY I had State Farm for my car insurance, quite a good company. They were always very helpful and very on the ball. Should be no problem to change the way you pay your premium, they'll just break it down for you. Good luck.

Yes, but there is a small extra fee for doing so. It basically covers the administrative costs of sending you notices.

policies run either 6 months or 1 year.
so, no one will sell you a monthy policy.

if you mean you would like to make monthly payments vs paying a 6month policy in full, yes you can do that.
and yes, they will charge you a monthly fee to do that. you will pay more. call your agent and they will change your billing to montly installments, they very well may charge you 2months worth upfront.
only one way to find out.
