husband had a minor accident where he went into another car on a roundabout. we have since discovered that his insurance has been cancelled by the company and at the time of accident he was driving with no insurance. we didnt get any notice or letters from insurance company and so did not realise. now we are very worried about what to do, should we go to the police and tell them anything or is there another way?

what will my husband get for having no insurance? he has never been in trouble before, will he be banned from driving?

in last weeks uk budget the annual tax for these vehicles was put up to £400. will this make you think about changing your vehicle. i would think not it would need to be about £1000 before people considered this.

If you are a kid (under 19) and driving, or if you're a parent with a kid who drives, who pays for the gas? The kid or the parents? If the kid has a job it makes sense that she/he would, but what if the kid doesn't? And what about insurance... who pays for that?

Hey, Im in highschool at the moment and im not reaching my "car dilemma" Im a male at the age of 16 (not looked well upon by insurance companies I hear) and I am insured by Statefarm. I was wondering if someone could help me out by telling me how i could lower my monthly insurance rate. The car im getting has side airbags and good crash test ratings, and im going to be adding mods to it (either rsx type-s or volkswagon golf gti) and i would most likely be installing rollover bars. Would this help my insurance rate go down? What other steps could I take? Thank you!

I got pulled over today for making an illegal turn somewhere I wasnt familiar with, the cop was real nice and all and I told him that I had forgoten my insurance card and handed him my registration and drivers liscence. He said he'd let me off for both because i'm a new driver and don't have much experience but I was still wondering if the cop wasn't so nice what could have happened to me if I didn't have my card on me? I do have insurance, so could they check it with their system?

I purchased a car from Rogers Used Cars in Memphis. He never gave me a title only a Bill of Sale. He said it would be coming in a few days. That was in January, He never had the car titled to him. I need to register it. I don't know who owned the car before Rogers.
