i am comming from europe=romania were i have a driving license ,but i can not use it in usa so i need an international driving license

in case you're making plans to stay for better than 3 months, then it is going to likely be very useful to get a Filipino using License. If no longer, your AAA international using enable will valid - with all of the rights and privileges of a Filipino using License.
