If it has expired, then unfortunately you are out of luck. They will come take your vehicles and children (if any) and your pet duck, Harvey.

Well, if you live in California, don't drive til you get your license renewed! They're really coming down on license violations here, and your car will be impounded, and you'll have to pay the towing company for towing and storage, that is, after you go to court and get your $600.00 fine. Just go to your local DMV or whatever it's called where you are and get it renewed. They don't penalize you for letting it expire, you just start over like a new driver.

Well, if your license is expired you can go to the Driver License Agency with your expired license and just renew them with no problem, but if they were suspended you might have some legal problems you have to deal with.

Go to the DMV in your city and say "my license expired I would like to renew it." THey will take you picture and money and give you a piece of paper to use until you get the card in the mail.

It depends on the state. Some states may send you a form to renew your license. Otherwise, you may have to go to the DMV. You could also call the DMV in your state.
