It is my first ticket ever. I've never had any accidents or anything, so I don't have a bad driving record.

since my father in-law died my in-laws think that the gap insurance will pay their car off in full and they still have more car payments to pay.

I have been sued for 7500 dollars in small claims court in MN. I was traveling down the interstate and attempted to switch lanes. The driver of the vehicle behind me(in my blind spot) and definately going over the speed limit swerved to avoid me. I was apprx. a foot into the other lane. No vehicle contact was made. He swerved into the median, came back onto highway, and back into median, crashing into the cables seperating the interstate. HIs uninsured car was totalled. My insurance company is claiming I am 35% responsible and is not going to pay for his vehicle loss since he is at fault. Will my insurance company pay for any judgement against me in small claims court? I have full coverage.

The other day some kid was racing down the street and lost control of his car smashing my retaining wall at the end of my driveway proceding to hit a tree in my front yard, take the steps off the front of my house and went threw a fence on the side of my house as well. When he hit the rock wall at the end of my driveway the rocks hit my house making several cracks and holes in different parts of the siding. They are not going to be able to match the color of the siding because its a few years old and faded. Is the driver's insurance company responsible for re-siding my entire house, or just the segments that were damaged? My concern is I bought the house in april and want to sell it in a few years, and it's going to look stupid with different color siding. Not to mention the kid driving didn't even have a license, and it was his mom's car. Thanks for the comment's in advance.

no citation for either party involved was issued, but my insurance paid off for the other party and only paid out a flat $1000 on my behalf. My medical bills have reached almost $100,000 and my injuries left me with a metal plate and 2 pins in the knee,a rod in my leg,and 3 pins in my ankle. I was 2 months on a walker and just now started the use of crutches. It will be months before I can even start to bear weight on my leg. With astronomical bills and lack of employment, I am thinking of sueing her insurance for some or all of the medical debt.

we live in an a narror street and one house down the road parked five cars in the street. only enoiugh room for one car to pass. we backed up one morning when they were parked across the street but right behind our driveway and ran into their car. weve left note saying to call or someover to talk about it and no one ever came over. so i was thinking they didnt haev insurance or something. We called the cops today to see if it was even our fault seeing that its in our way of getting out and they are suppost to come out and check later this week. ive check online but canot find ne thing about this. if ur on a narror street can u park there or how many cars u can have outside your house. they had five, thats a lot of the street they are taking up.if ne one knows please let me know or if u know where i can check online at. the cops said so far not to give them our info till they come out and check it out.

My friend has a 2001 Chevy Silverado but its crashed and the insurance didn't want to cover the damage. What would happen if he stoped sending his payments? Would they just pick it up and nothing more to pay? Or would he have to pay anyways?

I want to get the new Nissan Altima Hybrid which has a base price of $24,400. The Nissan Altima SE is $24,000. It's a similar price with both cars, but I'm just wondering if insurance on the Hybrid would be much, much more per month.

My license is suspended in Pa. until 2012 but my company transferred me to California to work and they want me to rent a car and travel around the state looking at job sites, is there any way I can apply for a license in Calif. without them finding out that my license was suspended? and if they do find out, can I apply for a work permit? I don't know what to do to resolve these tickets that I got years ago (not for speeding or DUI, just for continuing to drive without a license, or a non registered car, etc.)

I just got into an accident in California at an intersection. Lights were green for me (for sure), but two cars turned -- and I hit one of them. The other car that wasn't hit said he turned because he saw the other car turn but didn't look at the lights to be sure. The car that was hit said she thought the turn arrows were blinking. We exchanged information and drove off. The police were not called.

The problem is my insurance has expired for over 60-days (over the grace period).

My question is since this is not my fault, what should I do next? Since my insurance has expired, should I just call the other party's insurance company?

Thanks
