You are joking of course.
Granted that driving some scooters does not require a license, just what do you think is going to happen to your butt if you are picked up weaving on a scooter?
Legally, you prob. can buy and drive a small scooter or moped - you will need to check with what your state defines as requirements for operation of that type of vehicle.
BUT.. if you do, keep in mind that if you are picked up or arrested on that, combined with a prior DUI, you are REALLY likely to have a whole new lifestyle mandated for you by the court (and your new roomie - Bubba).
Considering the typical cost of just a first DUI, I would strongly recommend you learn the lesson and wait out the suspension.

yea w/o a license, cant drive a motor vehicle of any kind. but like one of those scooters u push off with ur leg, thats ok.
