I want to get the new Nissan Altima Hybrid which has a base price of $24,400. The Nissan Altima SE is $24,000. It's a similar price with both cars, but I'm just wondering if insurance on the Hybrid would be much, much more per month.

There's a good chance it will be as Hybrid vehicle are a pain in the a** to repair and the repairs are costly. Check with your insurance company.

No, there is no difference. Whether or not the car is a hybrid does not affect the cost of insurance.
You do get a really nice tax credit when you buy a hybrid. Because of this tax credit, when you buy a hybrid car it is as if the car was actually $2000 dollars cheaper than it's sale price!

I just ran a generic quote for both and the premium stayed within $5 of each other, the hybrid actually being cheaper.
