You need to provide more info, are you being charged with driving under suspension or are you going to court over not sending this form to the state. Please be more specific with your questions!

Unfortunately you didn't say if you are being charged for the suspended license; so it leaves the question open, but I will try anyway, based on the little bit of information you have provided. Remember that this is only the best answear I can provide with the little information given, and the state that you live in, because state laws differ between states, and the courts are able to do more or less depending upon the laws passed by your state.
IF it is only for not sending in the instalment form to the state, then the judge will hear why you have been late, and may do a couple of different options. 1-demand that the paperwork be submitted by a certain day or a warrant for your arrest will be issued meaning that if you have the cops show up at your house/work/etc. and or are pulled over for any reason, that you will be arrested and charged. 2-Fine you for being late AND do as option 1 is. 3-Forfeit the paperwork, and charge you in criminal court for neglect of a court order, and order jail time.
IF you are charged for driving with a suspended license, he may fine you, suspend your license for a longer period of time, or revoke your license
My suggestion is that you do get your instalment form submitted with a copy showing date and time. Take the copy with you when you do go to court and any evidence of showing why you were delayed, so the judge will be more compassionate on you in the court room. And DO NOT argue with the judge...you were late, you were driving, arguing with the judge will only get him more upset with you....instead try being obedient in the courtroom and plead your case courteously and hope for the best.
Good luck.

OK>. lets start with the bottom line.
Your license IS suspended and you DID know about it. Sooo you have f*cked yourself over on this one. So.. that leaves the question of how to minimize the problem.
first: whatever certs were not done.. get them done before your court date (and there WILL be a court date )
find a reason WHY the certs were not done promptly. A GOOD reason.. not just some lame - 'the dog ate my homework' excuse. (I was sick, I didn't have the money, or I didn't know how to do it all qualify as lame excuses)
Then go to court and tell the judge. Do it without whining and be prepared to accept the ruling. (Whining or arguing with the judge will almost ALWAYS get you the nasty end of the stick)
So.. with that done what is the worst:
a) You can lose your license for a longer period.
b) You can go to jail (unlikely but possible - especially if you p*ss off the judge)
c) You can get a fine or county work detail
d) You can make new friends at the insurance company when they review your license to re-adjust the rates.
e) You can lose your insurance
what is the best:
Not a whole lot of good options available here.. that depends on what you say to the judge. Best one I can think of is a reduced charge, but bottom line, you prob. can not skate on this one because it is so blatant. (You knew and you did it anyway).
good luck.

I'm gonna guess that you will be suspended until the issue with the "paperwork" is taken care of. It sounds like you failed to comply, from a problem in the past, you basically will face the original charge, depending on what that was, any number of things could happen. You need to make your question clear, otherwise, we can't really help much.

My boyfriend has a checklist and any time we get pulled over in a definite section he gets pulled out of the motor vehicle. i'm particular they run the motor vehicle plate. You on no account understand what a guy or woman is able to doing and the final ingredient they choose is to stroll as much as a stolen motor vehicle (no longer understanding bcus they did no longer run the plate) and getting shot.

If you were driving on a suspended license, regardless of the reason for the suspension, if found guilty you will have, at minimum, a fine to pay.
