I'm wondering about the lifespan of the average Subaru (mileage-wise). I always hear and friends have experienced Hondas and Toyotas running up to 200,000 or more. What could I expect from a Subaru?

Is it worth buying a second hand engine for $1000 or getting a refund and buying another car? I don't know much about cars, or how much this type of car is worth.

I bought a Second Hand Honda CRV 2003 .
I am facing a problem on the driver's side door.
I have 2 keys & a remote. I sometimes need to use the key to open and lock the door since u cant always depend on the remote.
I took the CRV to 3 local Car Key Dealers , they told me that all Honda Vehichles have the same key issue. meaning after 2-3 yrs problems begin.

So they told me that they need to change the lever inside the and they willl only give me a guarantee of 6 months only.
After that they wont be responsible.

The agent tells me that the ywill only replace complete lock since they dont repair them.

I have looked time and time again but cannot figure out where you put the power steering fluid in my car. Is it at the bottom of the engine? Where is the fill spout?

If so, what do you remember about it, or them?

Do you own one or more of these three cars now?

Would you like to?

I once owned a 1964 CORVAIR MONZA, and a 1977 CHEVETTE.

The Corvair was a two speed dash mounted selector automatic with AC, fun and kinda fast for what it was.

The Chevette was a no AC, stripped down model with a 4 speed, slow, high interior noise and rode like a shopping cart.

Anyone else have this problem? I wanted to find out first to see if the problem was something loose or if it was something worse that would cost a lot to fix. Any ideas on what could fix it or what it is? Have not been able to open the dash up and check. Just wanted to know if the car was worth putting money into.

I have a 1998 Chrysler Town & Country. And both the air and recirc buttons are blinking at the same time. The recirc works but my air doesn't blow cold. I tried a calibration test and that hasn't seemed to help at all.

50 miles into the car the "Service Engine Light" comes on. I checked to make sure the gas cap was on tight and i am almost 100% full on gas. Any defects on this Model and what could be potential reasons this light came on.? Thanks.

I have a 1995 VW Golf Mark 3, manual transmission, and the idle speed appears to be running very slow. When I let off the gas, with the clutch in, it runs at about 0-200 rpm (not 2000). Also, sometimes when it gets too low, it automatically revs itself bringing it up too high, then dies. This makes it die everytime I put the clutch in. Does anybody know what I can do to adjust the idle speed in my car? Thanks!

I have read that it should run at about 900 rpm. Is this a good number?
