there's a blinker noise constantly on but if i press on the the brakes the noise goes away is there some connection there or is there something else wrong. going crazy with the sound lol.

It is the blinker relay. There was a problem with these and were recalled. All we used to have to do is replace the actual switch contacts that is the hazard switch that you press down to get the hazard lights to work. There were some of these that needed to have the entire turn signal/multi-function switch replaced which was expensive. Phone a GM dealer with your VIN handy and they will be able to tell you if you need to bring it in for a free repair. IF not, yank the hazard switch out yourself and install a new one. You just have to give it a good tug and it will come out. Simply plugs in to install.

its not part of the brake system its steering wheel problem its got a short in the wires when you move it makes noise

You really need the dealer or a good shop to rectify that issue--we can't guess at this without being there.

Could be your keys banging the steering column.Happened to me.
