I am orig owner of '99 mercedes e320. Replaced driverside window regulator last year. Now passengerside window off-track. Told regulator needs to be replaced. Did I miss a mercedes recall or is anyone aware of service bulletin addressing problem. I am assuming this to be a factory defect. Never had to replace window regulator on any of numerous previous brand autos owned... Thanks for any offered help. jim

92 GMC pick up, when I come to a stop, I can hear bubbles comming back up through the overflow resevour,it sound like when you blow bubbles through a straw. It is not over heating or stalling out, yes the radiator is full, not leaking,and the gauge does not indicate overheating. any suggestions?

Why does the steering of my 99 Wrangler squeek when it's cold out? I mean it's not just a little forgivable squeak either. When I turn it squeals quite loudly. The Jeep has 110K on it but runs like a champ. How can I fix it?

I have a 2006 MazdaSpeed 6 and was wondering if anyone has had any specific mechanical issues, or little "wish-I-had-known" things they have discovered? Also, has anyone run into issues regarding the cooling of the turbo? I'm just curious how long, and under what circumstances, I need to let the car idle after parking but before engine shut-off. Feel free to post any other FYIs related to this specific model (year doesn't matter). Thanks!

I have recently been made aware that my friends uncle passed away leaving behind a garage kept but not running for the last 30 plus years 66 300 and was just curious if it is worth restoring -supposedly the body is in great condition-have not seen it yet-i would imagine it has some surface rust.

I have a 1998 Honda Accord. I replaced the factory stereo with a popular after market brand. Now, the following lights do not work on my dashboard (when the lights are turned on at night):
Odometer display (LCD numbers appear but will not be illuminated; gas, oil pressure, tach and speedometer lights work)
Interior temperature dial
Interior temperature display (LCD numbers work, but no illumination on screen)
"Auto" button illumination
A/C button illumination

If all of the fuses are in fact in working order, which I am 95% certain all fuses are in working order, I suspect my symptoms indicate a wiring problem created by the factory stereo replacement. Does anyone have any experience with these symptoms? Has anyone been able to identify the problem? Most importantly, has anyone been able to get all of the interior dashboard lights working?

I'm going to buy a Rav4, I can't decide if I need a V6 instead of the standard 4 cylinders. What practical advantages does a V6 have, other than greater speed. Does it provide more longevity? I know that it has a lower fuel rate than the standard offering.

My 2000 Jeep Cherokee has developed an awful odor coming from the interior vents. The odor smells like a hot radiator, obviously coming from the heater hoses, but my temp. gauges are fine. I recently drained and flushed the radiator, installed new coolant, but still have the odor. Also, my interior glass frequently fogs up and the defrost setting does not clear them. A friend says I need to clean the heater core. Any ideas here?, Thanks!
