That is stretching it to finding a 06 to 07 Charger for under 10K.
You maybe lucky to find a used SE model with the 2.7L V6 - 190HP, but very highly unlikely. You can try out the site below that has all the information on the Charger and the LX platforum and you may even find someone selling their charger.

First off thats high mi. second your buying a used car from a dealer that knows nothing about the car take a look around that car plus full coverage will cost 500 mo. most used car dealers give much of a warranty ask for another 5% or what your state tax is

Try a Neon instead. The only Charger you will find for that price is one that has been run over by a train.
