My best advice would be to get a good night's sleep and get up early the day of the test, eat a good breakfast, and then just relax for a while. It won't be as bad as you're thinking, so again just do your best. Relax, it'll be fine. This is coming from a retired Ford employee who has taken the tests.

They are all multiple choice,they test your hand speed ,vision hearing and make sure you are not color blind,
