I drive a 95 honda civic d15.
Is it better for my engine to use a different oil besides 10-w30 in the cold winter?
How about 5-w20?

I am thinking about selling my 240sx i already put too much money into it and dont want to spend no more on it. i want to sell it cuz it's too loud inside the car wend i'm drving it should i sell it or fix up the problem and keep it.

I have a 96 sunfire that needs a new fuel pump. I've looked in all the manuals and they tell me to remove my gas tank to get access to my fuel pump. But I can't get the tank off! The bolts that hold the retaining straps are rusted on and they will not budge. It looks like on the front side of the tank there are some clips that might be easier anyway. Please help me if you know how to do this. Thank you

My mazda 00' B3000 has door ajar problems that are VERY annoying and will keep my dome light on and drain my battery. I took dome light fuse out and fixed battery problem but i still cant get the door ajar light to go off! Yes the door is shut but the truck doesnt know that...

i have a 96 civic ex d16y8 and will swap it to a b18b obd2 motor(acura 96~00 ls/rs/gs)?
here are the questions?
1.will i need new motor mounts?
2.will i need axles?
3.will the motor fit right in without any welding and adjustments.
4.is $1850 a good price for a obd2 jdm b18b motor/tranny/wiring harness/ecu/45k miles approx/shipping and handling?

ok my 95 impreza l awd is leaking gas, and the mechanic doesnt know if its the tank, because it only leaks when its started. now does ne body know the problem, also they said it takes 10 hrs to remove the tank and are going to charge 500$ i'm i being ripped off?

I just purchased a nice 1988 Volvo 240 DL wagon. However, it has a radiator leak. I have been putting water in the radiator every morning before driving it and also every night before coming home. I would like to get this problem fixed ultimately, but I do not have the money to do this now.

A friend of mine recommended that I go to Auto Zone and buy some Radiator Stop Leak to temporarily fix the problem. But when I called a local mechanic, he said "No! It will ruin your car." So I guess my question is, what is the best temporary fix? Will stop leak damage my car? And how much should it cost to repair this problem (I live in Tennessee) so that when I do get it fixed I am not overcharged? :)

ok, it's getting dark, so i need to hurry. on a chevy 350, how should i align the two gears underneath the timing chain cover? should the timing mark(dot) on the top gear be on the very bottom, with the bottom gear's dot on the very top? or should both dots be on the top of the gears to show correct timing? please help, thanks.
