You need to check the gear ratio tag on each diff and make sure you are running two matched ones. I tore several drive lines out of an old Scout before I realized that the front diff was a lower gear ratio than the rear. Also any suspension lifts would change the drive shaft alignment and make it eat u-joints. There are fixes for all of this but you need to have the drive line inspected by a good 4wd shop. Longer drive shafts, changing the diff or transfer case mounts, are all fixes the professionals do on a daily basis and are well worth the investment. Just the grief factor can drive you nuts until you get it right.

thats not the way it came from the factory, it should have both the same size rearend someone has replaced one of them with the wrong thing and I'll bet the gear ratios are differen't in both of them, I would get the ratio checked first.

make sure the gear ratios are the same.If your truck is lifted,check your driveline angles.
