i bought a car with a rebuilt title. i only recieved a registration that said title not avalible. come to find out a week after i bought the car the person whom i gave the money to and the person who physically sold me the car forged the signiture of the rightfull owner. is that illegal?

I bought a 2003 Ford Focus almost 2 years ago and it didn't come with a warranty. Now I know that a used car is going to have some maintenance issues but I'm having to pay for repairs on this car quite frequently and I just can't afford to make the car payment, pay for insurance and pay for all the repairs. I've thought of just calling them and telling them I'm not going to pay for the car anymore so they can come and repo it. At the rate it breaks down the car isn't going to work at all long before I finish paying the loan which is in 3 years. Any recommendations or advise?

I am looking for a 1990 to a 1993 ford mustang. with a 302 5.0 ltr V8 and a manual drive. I am in the military and I have 11 months left till i come back to the states and I need a car to go from base to base. Can anyone help? I have tried ebay, and yahoo autos...nothing comes up

Is there such thing as a family car having both automatic and manual transmission that won't cost too much?? because i'm going to start learning to drive nxt year and my parents want a new car, but they want automatic. but can there also be manual so i could learn?

Okay so I have a sierra right now, and am upgradaing to either:
-Range Rover
-Lexus R(x?)350
-Dodge durango (dont like the interior much)
-Cadillac escalade EXT
-Infiniti G35 coupe
-Nissan titan
-Toyota sequia (havent done much research on this, but is nice appearance wise)

I wanted to know which is best overall, I want something that gets decent gas mileage, is known for good customer service, and is good under the hood and all that technical stuff.. I preffer an suv, I have a thing where I like being up higher than people but the G35 is the exception! Any suggestions let me know, I'm looking in the 15-23k range

hi all i live in new zealand and i am looking for my first car

i have narrowed it down to 2 cars they are: 1999 nissan skyline gt and a mitsubishi lancer evo IV (4)

does anyone no like which one would be cheaper to mod and which car would have more mod parts that will fit it? im looking at chucking in a few things like some performance parts and yer things that will make it sound good and make it go faster.

any links to sites that sell quality performance parts would be good thanks :)

I was taking a walk around a car lot and notice that the tag on a new vehicle was way off, like almost $30000!! Now, this is the piece of paper that comes from the factory, you know the one. It lists the included features, gas mileage, list price, destination and delivery cost, and total MSRP. Assumeably someone should've noticed something so absurd, so what I'm trying to figure out is does the dealership have to honor this price?? Please, does someone know anything about this?

i am looking for a my first car but do have problems with my height. being over 6ft i have a problem with small cars as the seats don't go far enough back and steering wheels don't adjust. for example, i've been learning in a corsa which is just too small for comfort and therfore safety. i was thinking about a civic or golf but they arn't cheap

i have the money for either one. But i love the class and luxury of a mercedes benz. but my friend wants me to geet the lancer evo.. i did a lot of research and it seems that the lancer evo got nothing except a very expensive engine and turbo, none of the comfort that any luxury car provided. plus if i were to drive fast. would it be that big a difference in speed to floor a mercedes and a lancer evo? it just doesn't seem to matter that much if you are not a street-racer..which i hate...to get a lancer evo. Any opinion??
