well first of all you have to have an interst in exotic cars. look at the websites and build up your knowledge, Once you are confident go to the auctions and watch other people and dealers what they look for in a car. Talk to people and start asking questions (not everybody will be helpfull)
Remember exotic car dealing and normal car dealing is just as much the same, the only different is the class of the cars.
You need to get a job as a salesman with any dealre so you can learn the ropes and then go on your own. .... good luck

I would think you would need to know a lot about them or else how could you convince someone to buy them. as for a test I dont know. How about calling one and find out?
