Tonight there was a strange man outside taking pics of my car.. AT midnight! I know i'm a month behind on payments, and also know that the 2 previous months I didn't pay in full ($480 payments, and only paid $350). I just want to know do the creditors actually come out and take pics of your vehicle when in the process of repossession, or should I be worried it's something else?! Thank you

I've been trying to find the horsepower of a 1988 Camaro and got some mixed answers. Some places say its 170 HP while others say its around 225, but it doesn't say if its a 350 or a 305...how much horsepower does a 350 get?

I've heard that this model isn't that reliable and was considering getting an extended warranty. How much would it cost and what would it cover?

my sister bought a car about 8 months ago from a used lot (it's attached to and owned by a major new dodge dealership). She bought it as a 2001 dodge stratus and all her paperwork and loan info says it's a 2001. It recently broke down and she found out (and confirmed) that it's actually only a 2000. What should she do? And what effect would this have on her sale contract with the dealership and with the loan with the bank?

I'm sick of the fuel prices in the UK. I want a car thats got a bit of poke but can run without any modifications or duel tank set up. Are they any cars apart from the mercedes 300/250/190D that would be ok?

They seem to be hard to find and are priced on the high end for the new ones because they are in demand. The used ones are cheaper but usually have around 40 to 50 K. I don't mind something used if it was taken care of but the next question on my mind is repair and maint.

Should I buy new to have the full warranty coverage or should I buy used and not worry because they are built well?

I looking to get feedback from escape hybrid owners. But if you got knowledge I'm listening. Thanks.

I'm buying to save money in the long run. I drive about 200 miles a day. I'm not totally green but it doesn't hurt to your part also.

My husband got a used car from a lot. The salesperson guaranteed all his cars to pass inspection. My husband didn't notice at the time that where they had him sign on the paperwork was a waiver releasing the lot from having resposibility for the car to pass inspection. Then when the blinkers stopped working and the check engine light came on THE NEXT DAY we asked to speak to the salesman who made the guarantee, and they said there was no one there by that name, and that we signed the waiver. What should we do?

I bought a used car from a dealership in NY. Within a month, it broke down twice when I was in Boston. Obviously I could not tow the car back to NY to be fixed by them, so I had it fixed in Boston, all the while informing then in NY what happened. Is the dealer in NY reponsible under the Lemon Law to reimburse me even though Ihad it fixed in Boston? Thank you.
