Doesn't sound worth it.
Go to http://www.kbb.com/KBB/Default.aspx and price it out with options etc. that will give you the best idea of how much the car is really worth.

If its an integra you are 1800-2600. Take 30% off of that so maybe 1500-2200 or less.

If its an you are around 2000-3000. So I would offer 1800-2500 depending on what it had.

200K for that engine is not bad. Assuming they totally and completely change the oil every 3-5K. Ect. But I would offer the middle of the low and clean. Its not worth the HIGH the high value is used for dealers. They will discount down to the clean retail to show a price. The high is just what they put on the window. Real price is between the middle of the low and the clean.
I would give a price right in the middle. Assuming they can prove how good the engine is. 200K on the engine isnt that big of issue if its taken care of.
I suggest the middle of the two.
***** UPDATE *****
Read a couple comments during the time I was looking up value. I agree with them. You have to assume you might blow a gasket at this time or the head gets warped. I didnt really take that into consideration. I just how how to do it. So it will cost me a weekend and 250 bucks to totally rehaul the engine. Adding new everything. It will cost you 3-4 thousand if you cant do it.
Lower the price if you cant do this or ask for a warranty. Saying if the engine goes out in the next year he will pay for it up to what you paid him. Assuming you can show that you took care of it.
Otherwise I think you can buy it for around 1800-3000 and drive it for a year and get your money back. But 4,000 is a joke.

Acuras are very expensive to fix. I bought a '87 Acura at an auction years ago for $3000. I thought I was getting a bargain. I spent over $5k on it in the next year and it was broken down more than it was running.
You can't repair the automatic transmission of a late 80's/early 90's Acura Legend. You have to replace it w/ a new transmission, $3k+ (One of the many things that went wrong w/ the car)

Want my opinion. 200,000 miles on any car is not worth but 500 bucks to me. Check with a dealer and ask them what the trade in value would be? I bet they would not give you anymore than 400.bucks. in hopes they can auction it off for about 500 bucks.

You can answer this yourself. Compare the parts costs of this foreign car to similar repair parts of Domestic...that you can get anywhere.
Good Luck
