I sold a car and the person who bought it says that the rear passenger door does not open. I did not know this before I sold the car. I told him about all the other repairs I did and that the heater did not work. I advertised the car for 850.00 and sold it to him for 600.00. I just wanted to get rid of the car. do I have anything to worry about or should I offer the guy his money back?

I have a friend who has a 2007 Black Cadillac Escalade that has every option available that was offered (sun roof, navigation, DVD entertainment system, power lift gate/running boards, back up camera, ac/heat seats, 21 inch rims, power everything etc). I have always wanted one. The sticker price was around $66,000 on it 10 months ago. It has 15,000 miles. He is offering me to assume his lease for 700 per month with nothing down at all, and all I do is take it over the payments for 25 more months. He advised he put down 6000 when he leased it. It is mint and in perfect condition. I can drive it 750 miles per month without going over the allotted miles and that is no problem for me as I only use about 400-500. Can anyone with knowledge on vehicle leases/pricing comment? It seems like a fantastic deal to me.
Please no comments about gas prices as I don't drive that far and I love the safety of the larger vehicle. I also can deduct the lease on my business so leasing benefits me! Thanx

I have always wanted a car for myself, but medical issues have made my dream complicated.

They're over a thousand disabled people working today, but my health condition is a reasonable reason I am not employed.

I managed to obtain my driver License couple years ago and have been driving my mother's and sister's car. However, It's time for me to have my own ride.

I spoke with Mom recently about finding a job. We contacted a department that train disabled people to work. I am expecting to join that program pretty soon.

My mother said if I am fortunate to work, she does not want me to pay any bills in the house, nothing at all. My sister also agreed with that.

My question is: How much would I need to pay per month on a 2007 BMW 328i coupe?

I plan to work only to pay my car payments.

I'll be putting down $10.00.00 USD on it. And our credit score is 3%

I want you to give me anm answer and also your opinion.
Thanks.

I'm trying to find out the name of this car i saw during the week and it looks really awesome. I didn't manage to get the name of the back though, although i know it is an old style car, it is very long and low, but NOT a lowrider. It started with a p and was something like "Parisenne" or something. Could you please provide pics with your answer so i can verify if it is the right car. P.S first right answer gets best answer.

I just got a 91 oldsmobile cutlass ciera for way under blue book. it only has 75000 miles on it and in pretty good shape. it needs brakes and maybe an exaust but I plan on fixing those since theyre not that expensive. but since I got it for so cheap should I sell it? I've seen ones with more miles going for $2000 and I got it for less than half that!

I'm thinking about getting an American musle car, something I can enjoy for the next ten or twenty years. Im thinking something like a 70s firebird or 60 mustang, fast back preferably, so Im trying figure out which will be affordable and maintainable in the long run, Ive been told repairs are heinous cost wise... anyone out there have any experience with keeping these kind of cars on the road? Do the costs really get out of hand?

Hi, I am trying to buy a used car from a user car dealer.
I went online and found out the dealer bought this car at auction for $30k, is I want to offer him $31 or $32k for it, but does he need to pay sales tax when he bought the car? does that mean I will at least offer him like $34k or $35k since he paid sales tax when he bought the car?
please help~~~~

Meaning I wouldn't have to pay anything for another car if i traded my new car?

I just bought a brand new triple white special edition new beetle convertible this summer (retail $26,630) Although it is the cutest little car in the world, I am thinking about trading it in for a Mini Cooper Convertible because the mini gets double the gas mileage (I drive ALOT and it would save me money in the long run) and when I do want to sell it in the future, the value of the Mini stays solid.

Do you think I can have an even trade off? Because the retail price for Mini convertibles are only around 22 to 24K?

Hi guys , I have few questions about this topic;
1- Can I relocate to another state & keep my ID and license plate on the vehicle without transfer the new state? If no, what’s going to happen?
2- What is the deal if I still have physical address and a house in the previous state?
3- Can I purchase new vehicle in a MI state (example) and get drive away plate to another state LA (example) without pay tax twice? I asked a dealer about that, and he said when you purchase the vehicle we will pay the tax right a way. In this case I will pay tax twice. In MI & LA.
4- If I transfer license plate on vehicle I already paid tax on it, to another state, and the MVD made me pay another state tax. Can I claim any of them in the tax return, and what state should be?

I'm looking into buying a used car from a dealership within the next couple of weeks. I would like to get a Honda, Toyota or Nissan. Are there any years and/or models I should stay away from because they tend to have a lot of problems...don't last as long...etc.?

I am looking for another car to buy and I there is a guy who will sell me a Mustang 2003 with 120,000 miles. He says that the only thing wrong with the car is the air bags are no good and it has a small dent in the front. This makes me think it was in an accident. He is selling me this car for $3,500 cash or $4,500 payments. Should I buy it?

I just got a loan from JP Morgan Chase for a used 2000 Audi A6 with 88,000 miles. The dealer told me that because its expensive to work on he would suggest a waranty. But also because it has a Turbo engine, it would be pointless for me to go with a basic one. The one (out of the three) called the PLUS plan he said would cover a turbo engine but he said it would go for around $3500 for 2 yrs. Do I have to go with the "brand" waranty company suggested by the dealer?,... or is there another waranty provider I can use... Do they need to be approved first by JP Morgan or something?... Or does $3500 sound fair? Are there any auto dealers or ASE guys willin' to help me with this question?.... Thanks a bunch.

Well I live in Miami, FL I posted my car on graiglist.com (as some people suggested) I got responses within minutes. All of them claim to send me a check by next week and that the car will be shipped to Example Australia (on their behalf) It sound just like a scam... if I received a check How long I have to wait until my bank will clear and they wont take it away from me? did anyone experience this? scam or not?
