my husband says lease , I say buy it! What do you think? Has anyone bought a car and then leased one? What is more money managable? I think you spend more leasing cause at the end, you have to return the car and get another one.

I'm looking to purchase a Corolla. The overwhelming thought is "Toyota's are untouchable regarding reliability".

I'm curious, though. Can they be that good? Is there really that much separation between Toyota and their competitors? Has someone, somewhere had a Toyota they would call a "lemon"?

'm looking for a first car, and I'm fortunate to even get one, let alone in the price range of 15-20k. I've been looking around for months to find a car that would suit my needs and wants. I'm looking for a car to be safe, reliable, luxurious, nice exterior, good amount of space in a 2 door, and maybe some power in there for good measure.

Both of these cars just look very stylish, and the Mustang just screams mean. It's also a chick magnet, but I'm just throwing that out there.

Is the Mustang GT too much to handle? I realize it's about 300hp, but I always keep hearing a V6 Mustang is worthless. The only thing the GT is good at is going fast in a straight line. The interior on it isn't too fancy either. While a car may look nice on the outside, I would be spending all my time inside, looking at what's inside, and the Mustang doesn't deliver.

The BMW seems nicer, but would it be more expensive too?

On a side note, which car has more rear leg room?

I recently bought a new car (over two weeks ago now) and I owed 12,900 on my trade in. The dealer was supposed to pay it off. Anyways, the loan still isn't paid off, they already sold my old car, and I'm still having to make payments on it for someone else to drive! What is going on here?! What are my rights? I am not going to pay for someone else to have the pleasure of driving around in my car. Meanwhile I'm sure theres two loans on the car I traded in now, The one I have on it, and whoever bought it probably has one too. My bank won't give the title to the dealership until it is paid off, and they have already taken too much time about paying it off. The interest has accrued on the loan, and now the payoff amount is more than what it was when I traded it in! This is ridiculous, someone please help me. Thanks!

I was recently in an accident and it ended up totalling my car. I need to get another one, but I don't know where to go. Should I buy another mustang and part out my totalled one (the parts that are good only the front has damage - not the engine or the back) or go with something totally different like an audi or a truck? =) I don't want to drive something big and ugly lol. Thanks for your output. - witchy poo ;)

I just realized that autotrader and some other sites, there is a fee to post your car online for sale. Thank y'all for all the help. I greatly appreciate it. Save me for my debt, help me sell my car! lol.

What is the consideration in buying a 2007 model car or 2008 model car? Pros and cons? I know buy the 2007 model would be cheaper and easier to bargain, but is there anything that we need to be aware of?

I think my husband and I are relatively smart people. We did our homework, knew what we wanted, bargained and were happy. We bought a 25k used car from he**. We were told it had been through a 150 pt inspection - lie. And - we put about 3k into the first 6 weeks we had it. We also lacked knowledge in the final paperwork portion of the sale. There was so much extra crap they tried to sell us and we really were unsure of what was necessary and what was not. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I know not all salesman are like the joker we were hooked up with but he has ruined us to trusting again. Thank you in advance.
