It seems like lots of people are saying foriegn cars. The resale value on a honda is way higher than a saturn. Buy a mid 90's, manual transmission, with high miles. Look for a cheap car from a private seller. Hope this helps.

toyota and hondas bring 1500 dollars here in massachusetts all day long wish I knew were that guy was from...private sale knock on doors when you see something sitting in a yard..try the back row in a used car lot..check with local repair shops go to craigs list put an ad in there wanted cheap car will pay up to $700

about the only thing your going to find that cheap - is a foreign car like a Honda - Toyota - and so on.....
It will probably not look good - drive correctly.
And it has already been through a lot of abuse - so dont expect much.

good luck finding a GOOD car at that price. what you find will probably be very rusted, VERY old, not reliable.. i'd wait til u have more money to buy a better piece of crap.
