Alright i'll be more open minded. Before I was like no cars but american, but now i'll be opened to american and european cars. I want something that stands out. I don't want any girly cars. Or small wimpy looking ones. No asian car companies. Something that looks good, with just decent mpg. I know the good cars won't have great mpg. Just something that isn't too terrible. my range is from free- like 24,000 bucks.

I am going to be buying a car in the next few months, and I have made a list, of which car I would buy, the list is :

Fiat Punto ( Year 2001+ )

I pulled a carfax report on it and it was owned by one person. There arent any red flags other than the high mileage. The dealer wants 2500 for it. Is this a decent buy?

Im looking to purchase a car, and one of the cars im looking at has a rebuilt title. It is a very nice car and i looked at it and the owner looks like he spent a lot of time on it. When i checked it out i met him at the body shop he worked at. He said he bought it damaged and had it fixed up in the body shop for way less than going through insurance and thats why it has a rebuilt title. The car is in very good shape. I need to know some of the things to look for such as vin numbers with different parts, and how exactly to transfer the title if i purchase it without getting jipped.

The title came, I put it in the safe. The dealership called and wanted it. The bank mailed a letter stating to put it in the envelope provided. The dealership calls back stating that if I don't bring the title, the car can be taken. I think I should give it to the bank because the dealership is dirty anyway.

I heard that with the Ford X Plan, one get get an LR3 for 4% over invoice. Is this true? I want to lease one but I don't want to pay more than $500/mo. Think this is possible? Thanks in advance for your help! I've been in the market for MONTHS now and could use all the advice I can get! :)

Im probably getting a new car soon so I need to sell my current 1993 Toyota Celica..

originally paid $2600 for it when it had about 143,000 miles on it

Now has 147,000 miles on it but since then it has...
-New headlight motors
-New stereo
-New speakers

Engine runs great, has never ever had an engine issue (of course its toyota, why would it..), body is in good condition, and also has a full body kit and spoiler on it.

Never been in an accident; basically a clean history.

$2,500.00 down. $150.00 per month. For 36 months. At a tottal cost when all is said and done at $7,900.00 for a 2003 dodge neon in excellent condition with 76000 miles on it? Is this a good deal, or a suckers deal? What would you advise? Thanks all.

I'm interested in getting a different car because the car I have now doesn't suit my needs. The thing is, one of the cars I'm looking at at a dealership costs about a thousand less than the trade-in value of my car. Is my only other option selling it private party to not lose a lot of money?

I recently gave cash for a used car and making bi weekly pymts. At the time I was in dire straits for a car...a friend was going to let their car go back, so the deal was I give them cash money for the work recently done and the new tires and take over pymts. Well now I am finding that they owe alot more on the car than what was discussed. I am paying on a car that is in their name...I want to know if there is a way to get this car put in my name. I have been told that being he bought it at a "tote the note" place they will not transfer. Will a bill of sale work to change it over to my name??
I just want to be sure 6-8 months from now they cant decide they want it back...or being I am working on my credit ..it would be nice to get the credit for paying this car off.
I would appreciate any advice...
