I'm trying to sell a car which is in my name but I'm not going to be around so I want my little brother to sell it instead. However, because the car is in my name this creates a problem. I was recommended "power of attorney" which I really don't understand how to do it. Or is there a simpler solution I can do by going to the DMV so that my little brother can have the legal right to sell the car?

looking at the sports package (3.7L 6 spd manual 240 HP) but the base with some options is roughly 24.5K and after rebates and incentives roughly 21K. My dad says its not a good buy at that price because camaros were cheaper back in the day, plus pontiac is going under, so waiting is a good thing. I'm not looking for opinions on other new cars to match up against this one, but does anyone agree that they are overpriced? And someone who has one or driven one, any advice on approaching the situation as I am interested in this car?

1997 Pontiac Sunfire is what I looking at! It looks in go shape and stuff but it has a lot of miles! It flipped over! I think it has 164000 miles but I’m not 100% on that! It going 1500$ is it a good buy? Any thing I should ask before buying a car! I just need any you can give! Thanks

I've always dreamed of having a Mercedes-Benz or Land Rover, but I also like BMW and Lexus. I've read and seen various reports saying the Mercedes, BMW, and Land Rover have had numerous problems with their vehicles and are not very reliable. I think that if I'm going to spend a lot of money for a luxury vehicle then It should be reliable and NOT be in the shop getting serviced. Please Help.

my friend has a 93 altima that he wants to sell me for 300$.. he rear ended someone w/ it but the damage only effected the hood and grill, no frame work. its got 220k, minimal rust on the wheel wells, runs good, and is excellent inside and the paint is in good shape. needs front tires, and the heat only works on high setting. is this a good deal?

On Feb 4th, I sold my vehicle (private owner to a private party). I dropped my insurance and reported the vehicle as "sold" through the DMV as of 2-4-07. When I sold the car it had a valid inspection. The buyer got the vehicle inspected on his own AFTER he purchased the car from me. It failed inspection because it needs brake rotors costing $1000. He is now repeatedly calling and demanding that I pay for the repairs. I have refused stating that I sold the vehicle with a valid inspection and had no knowledge that it needed repairs (I honestly didn't). He told me he is going to contact a lawyer. Does he have a case??

I'm also pregnant and due in 3 months. I would hate to spend the money I have saved so hard for to use during my unpaid maternity leave on lawyer fees defending myself.

Please help!!!! Advise is appreciated!

I am trying to purchase a used car and i was going through some trusted used car sales sites. I found a really great deal but it sounds very strange even stupid.

I found a 2005 BMW 325 Ci that had 13,000 mileage, 6 cylinder 2.5L engine, automatic transmission and other accesories. All of this for about $19,500. And its listing source was the recycler. The car is priced at $24,855 at fair condition.

When i saw this i thought maybe there was some major problem with the car especially since the mileage was so low. Are there any websites i can use to check the crash reports or other stuff about the car? Also can you please give me some advice on why i shouldn't buy this car? thankyou

Would you have some reserve on buying a used 1999 Honda CRV , well maintained , but having a mileage of 153000 mph ..? the car seems to be clean and well maintained , the only problem I notice is in the streeering wheel box ...!! what do you think of this affair ?

1998 Mercury Mystique GS 80,000 miles 4 door inline 4 cyl. Front wheel drive. I looked at the car. It looks really really nice. They are asking for 2500 dollars.
