Well, I'm 18 and I want to buy a car, but the whole process is a bit confusing to me. So, I'll make up a scenario. You're selling a car for $1000. I have the $1000. Explain everything in detail, meaning any paperwork, necessary processes, etc. In short, put it so even a stupid person like myself could even understand haha.

I am about to buy a Honda CRV with 15300 mph for a good average price, is it a good deal ? .because, it is in very good condition, seemed to have been well maintened...!! and the engine is very good!! What do you think should I buy it, eventhough the mileage is high ? does it necessarily mean that the car is a soon-to-be junk ?

What if my credit isn't so great? So desperate, please help. ANY and ALL help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm going to college in august, about a 2.5 hr drive from home, and I haven't gotten my license yet (I live in ohio) and I would like to purchase the smallest car (that's affordable, so no BMW's or high priced cars, preferrably older models).

Basically the question is what is the smallest car out there. I was thinking the Geo Metro LSI, what are some others ?

Im looking for a car to buy and have realised that there are 1000s of cars for sale that are less than 18months old.

Where do they come from and why would someone sell a car that they had owned for such a short period of time. If the cars are so much cheeper to buy at 18 months old, surely the original owners are losing a hell of a lot of money.

I've seen a car, a Land Rover Freelander, it's a June 2002 model, is perfect inside and out, but it has 130,000 miles on the clock. It has a full service history, which were apparently clocked up on the motorway only, but I'm worried that this might give the car a shorter life.

Would it be better to get an older car with low mileage, or a newer car with high mileage?? You can't have both for my budget.

If you have a truck to sale, please include a VIN number to check on Carfax, the amount of miles on the truck (no more than 75000 please), and pictures available to e-mail! I am looking for my first truck. :-)

The "Check Engine" light came on '03 Camry with 70k miles.... took it to dealer, they replaced a sensor for $400. The light came back on few days later. Took it back. They held it for 2 weeks but couldn't fix it so they gave up.

Since they couldn't fix it, asked for money back but they refused! How can they keep the money if they couldn't fix the problem?????

How do I get my money back from the scammers??????????

Took the car to another dealer.... hope they can fix it. But I still want my money back to pay for this one!!!!!!
