You probably couldn't find a semi to rent, since they require Commercial Drivers License operators. Why not give PODS (Poratble On Demand Systems) a call or check their website?

They offer neat storage options, including drop-off and pick-up as necessary. They deliver this huge "igloo-style" pod, you load it and either leave it at your site, or have it moved to another location. I understand their prices are reasonable and the service record is excellent, per the better business bureau. Our neighbour has used a PODS for the past three years and it is stored in his backyard; I don't know how much they charge, but it must be fairly reasonable, since he is on a fixed income and has a limited amount of money coming in every month.

You might check with any local trucking companies, eBay, govdeals.com, big truck trader, etc.
