check out the going price for this car on autotrader.com. they tend to be the absolutely cheapest cars out there.

Depends on the year.. Pre 2000, Sunfires were really nice cars.. I've seen quite a few break 200k miles with little needing to be replaced, however, I wouldn't pay 6k for any american-made car with over 100k miles

Sounds way too high for that car. Go to Edmund's.com and check out the value of a Sunfire. With that many miles I don't think it's worth 6K.

sunfire is not a reliable car
and at 100k the real troubles will begin
6k is WAYY to much for that car
your better of with a ghood toyota or honda
anything but american made cars

By Honda, Toyota, Mazda if taken care of 250,000 is easily achievable Sunfire NO it wasn't worth 6000 new...... Think civic accord, Camry

it all depends on the year of the car if it is old (60's-70's) and it is in good shape it is definitely worth the money because those cars are hard to come by.
and they are classics.
