You should first call around to your local scrap yards and ask what you could get for the wheels and if nobody gives you a reasonable offer, then I would list them on Ebay. But if you list them on Ebay, make sure you have a picture and know the measurements of the wheels so you can increase your chances of selling them.

You aren't too likely to receive much money for them at a scrap yard. They generally pay by the pound and it is probably about $0.50 a pound. Thats just a guess based on Aluminum association numbers. The range could be as wide as $0.10 to $0.60 a pound. Which, doesn't seem like you'd get much money for them. I suggest ebay, or craigslist.com (which is free if you have it in your area).

It all depends on when you need the money or how much you need. Ebay you might be able to get more. But as of right now I know that aluminum is 5.00 for every pound so do the math. Good luck!!!

E-Bay and set the reserve at 1/2 the debt. SHIPPING CHARGES EXTRA. 35# of cast aluminum good for about $60 dollars

What do you have to lose by selling them on Ebay? Give it a shot.
