I have tried eBay, but all you get is slot cars like Scalextrics & models only.

You won't find many recent ones, but try the classiied section of 'Autosport' magazine, I've seen all sorts of stuff in there, even ex-F1 cars, if you're brave enough!!

Are you looking for actual, driveable cars? There are always lots of interesting cars on eBay Motors. You have to be dilligent in your searching, but you can find good stuff on there.
Another choice for lots of cars is Hemmings Motor News. They really have a ton of stuff on there; cars, car parts, literature, etc.
Those are my 2 favorite sites for cars.
