I am considering purchasing an hybrid vehicle this weekend, but want to do more homework first. Everyone talks about the pros, can someone tell me about the cons? How do the hold up in cold and snowy climates? Your candidness would be GREATLY appreciated!!

SO I BOUGHT A 2005 NISSAN ALTIMA ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. I RECENTLY STARTED REALIZING THAT THE FRAME IS NOT SRTAIGHT AT ALL. THE BACK TIRES ARE CRUCKET.. ITS OVIOUS ITS BEEN IN A WRECK. WHEEL BASE IS ABOUT 1 INCH OFF. THE TITTLE WAS CLEAN...NOT SALVAGE.. AND NOW I SEE THAT IT IS A SALVAGE CAR AND THEY DIDNT TELL ME....WHAT DO I DO...? I BOUGHT IT OFF A SMALL DEALER!!! I have a 1984 Chevy Camaro 2.8L. Its not a z or t-top but the insurance is low. The car is paid off but i dont know what to do. Three days after I bought it the tranny went out on it. I got that fixed but the list that the car has now, that I fixed is...

Thats the list but I like the car oviously but I want something better and I can afford 200 a month but the car is running real good and I havent had any problems with it in the last 6 months(knock on wood). I dont know if I should sell it or keep it.

Anyone have suggestions... it would help..

how can i find out if a person lied to me about the car hes selling to me? where can i find out the truth if hes lying?

1.) how many owners who owned the car
2.) if it's salvaged title, how can if find out what kind of accident it was in to made the car salvaged?

I bought a car on 10/7/07 in CA , checked out its Carfax.com report after the fact (I know, I know, should have done this beforehand) and discovered it was in an accident in NY. Title is clean. Dealer never disclosed accident but did offer me a "cooling off" contract for 48 hours for $800 ($300 policy + $500 restocking fee). He also characterized it as a waste of money ("expensive car rental" were the exact words). Do I have a right to return it since they did not disclose information about its history that was public?

I was consimplating on selling my T-bird.
it has 40,000 orginal miles and is in mint condition.
what do you think I should ask? or better yet what is it worth?

I have a 2006 car, i haven't been happy with it from the start, i called the dealership 3days after i got it and asked if i could take it back i was told NO! Well a year has passed and i still don't like it, is there a time frame to trade in? the dealer told me 3yrs. then i could trade it in, he said give it some time and you will get used to it, bla, bla, bla. I just can't see me keeping it another 2yrs. any help would be great.. Im in Ont Canada. thanks

I purchased an auto from a GM dealership, signed the contract (thru GMAC), took delivery of car etc. several days later i recieved a car from the finance manager saying they included a $1000 rebate that they shouldn't have, and i needed to come down there and resign the purchase agreement. this will raise my monthly payment by about $25. Am I leagally obligated to do this or is their mistake my benefit?

I am looking to upgrade my car from a 2003 Nissan Altima S (basic model but I added spash guards) to a 2006 Nissan altima (SE or SL)
I want the new Altima in a smoke color with spoiler and splash guards, possibly a moon roof. Anyway, I can;t find a place where I can purchase a car with these specific details .

Does anyone know of a car dealer agents or someplace that can help you locate the car of your specific liking? I tried the dealership but they only give me 2008 options and I really don't like the new model change.

I have a 2000 civc that runs fine, it will be paid off next year. I've been thinking of buying a 2nd car to use as a back up, just in case the one I have breaks down for some reason or whatever. If for some reason or another my car was in the shop I'd be screwed and I don't like asking other people for rides or favors. I could also drop rental car coverage off my insurance. This car is going to be very lightly driven but I just don't want something to be more trouble then its worth.

I have leased my car for a 4 year period a year ago through a company that deals with car leases. (I picked up the car at a used car lot. The car was 6 months old at the time). Now my bank has offered me a car loan at a very good interest rate. Can I go to my leasing company and tell them I want to buy the car and then I can own the car and make bank payments instead of lease payments or am I locked in with the leasing company?
