If your thinking buying brand new, its not allowed and you wont find a dealer selling you one unless you have US residence.. that is unless the dealer is trying to scam the Mfg, it can be done, but to make a long story short the consumer don't gain.

Buying used is allowed, and you simply contact the Ministry of Transportation in your area for forms, you will be provided with full details how to import...
