Is there a time period.......plus i traded my car in.

it is not that easy-you can not just give a car back. there are lemon laws on new cars. you have to bring the car in for a problem that would be a safety issue at least 3 times and the service department can not fix it. if you bought the car new there should be a booklet explaining lemon laws.

What type of problems are you having? Is this a new car or a used one? Did you buy it from a reputable dealer? If the dealer is reputable, I'm sure they will work with you to get the car fixed. Talk to them first and then if nothing can be worked out, check into what can be done on the legal side.

Depends on your state's law, but I'd kinda doubt it.
