I own a 94 Toyota Camry. It was just given to me last year, w/ only 60k miles. It just broke down due to a human error (it had no coolant and the engine fried)

Is it worth replacing the engine I wonder, or should I just put the money towards a new vehicle

Other driver found at fault by Highway patrol at scene. Went to my doctor and he prescribed muscle relaxer and pain med. My work insurance paid for the doctor visit. I still have some neck pain but it seems to be subsiding. The guy who hit me has the same insurance company I do. I already gave a statement to the insurance company that I've had headaches and neck pain on a recorded statement of how the accident happened. They've offered to repair my car that has about 5,000 dollars worth of damage. Should I ask the insurance company for financial compensation for pain? If so, how do I go about it? Thanks for your help

the guy who has a lien on my pontiac grand am, apparantly troubleshot my car by replacing every electrical part, one by one. He never gave me a written estimate, or anything in writing, and has never tried to contact me for approval, and has not been able to make it run. he has had it for almost a year next month, and i had to buy 2 used vehicles in the meantime. Now he says it has to be towed to the dealership which is 50 miles away. however, he has a mechanics lien on it for all the parts he ordered for it that he couldn't return. i want to take him to court and recover the cost of money I had to spend on the 2 vehicles and i just want to be able to have my car towed to the dealership without giving him any money. There has never been anything on paper, and I never would have authorized any of the parts bought or the work done. He has done this to a few other people and i live in a really small town. he has the only auto repair shop so he thinks he can get away with it.

The bike is a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1600. We're in Kansas, so it's cold out. Duh, yeah I know. When I start the bike, it immediately kicks into fast idle, and I understand that, though I don't like it. But then, after warm-up, while riding, whenever I clutch in and roll off the throttle, it won't drop to normal idle. And whenever I stop at a red light, it'll kick back up to fast idle again. Very aggravating. I've got a call in to the dealer and Kawasaki rep, but so far, no answers...I'm wondering if all this is considered "normal" or if there's a fix for this...in addition, Kawasaki has thoughtfully provided a choke cable and push-pull knob that seems to do absolutely nothing.

this is in England.

At the moment he as a renault grand scenic. He wants to get the same again when his company car is up for renewal in a few months, as it has LOADS of space (he's manager of two offices so is often carrying 5+ boxes of files around). He also cannot live without the little keycard key. The one that's like a credit card and you can carry it in your pocket the whole time, and you lock the car by pressing the button on the outside of the drivers door? He also can't live without his folding wingmirrors.

So my question: What other cars (need to be as large as the grand scenic) have the keycard ignition and folding wingmirrors? And which is the best of those in your opinion?

They need to be in the price range of an 07 grand scenic, so about £13000, less if possible.

Or should he just stick to the grand scenic? Just seems a bit daft having a people carrier for a 52 year old man with 2 children who both drive and have cars.

well it just stalled and when i start it back up it shuts offf if i start it hand hold down the gas she will stay running when i rev it up it is fine but when she idles down to like 1000 she will go all the way down and stall somtimes she will idle on her own but it sounds like a power surge thru the whole car it revs itself up and down like its starving it to stay running what could it be.

In NJ, where it is real cold... I have my RK connected to a battery tender... Does it "help" or "hurt" to "warm up", start the bike in the garage... I'm thinking, I shouldn't because the oil is propably all drained to the bottom, every thing is very , very cold... and yet the battery is still being charged... Should I just wait till March before "hurting my baby" ? I figure in March the oil will be naturally warmer and thinner... What are your thoughts?

Please reply if you think you know the correct answer.
